I hope that one day talking about mental health issues become normal.
Here is what I do to stay sane:
Take 5 minute walks
Alternate bw tasks
Do 5 minute sketches
Drink lots of water
Have healthy snacks
Read fiction for 5 mns
Meditate for 5 minutes
Call my brother or friends once in a while even if it’s for 10 minutes
Actually, I just do any activity that makes me happy even if it is for 5 minutes.

Glad you prioritised yourself today. Nothing wrong with putting your needs above work sometimes. Don’t feel guilty.
As for mental health, I stopped working with a toxic manager and I feel so much better already. So, even though I work long hours, I enjoy being around these people.
Getting in any time to exercise during the day, that tends to help me
I watch funny commercials and funny videos to make me laugh in between meetings.
I pet my dog. Play with him for 5 mins. He never declines my invite or judges me.
Okay my guilty pleasure is wrestling and when I need a chin up I go to the Daniel Bryan monster by imagine dragons promo. But really do things that normally make you happy. Walks. Reading. Funny cat videos. Model ship building. Use those those little things that you enjoy and speak to you.
Definitely empathize. Sending you lots of positive vibes. Is there any way you can plan a 1-2 week vacation? With enough notice, your team should be able to plan accordingly.
