Does anyone else suffer from frequent headaches or migraines when working on computers for long periods? I’ve noticed I tend to get them more when I’m in the office, and I’m starting to wonder if the lighting might be a factor. Sometimes the overhead lights feel almost strobe-like, and I’m not sure if that’s triggering it.
Has anyone experienced something similar? If so, what has helped you — screen settings, glasses, different lighting, breaks, etc?

I’m maxing out the 6th year for H1b and my I-140 just got approved. 1 month ago, my employer has filed a h1b extension but it is based on the approved PERM instead of the 140, and only asked for one-year extension. In that case, after 6 months (180 days i140 rule to avoid employer’s revoke), will I be able to switch employers even though the renewed H1b gonna expire soon at that time?

I have a great opportunity on the table that’s currently work remote with the end goal of returning to the office 1-2 times a week when it’s safe. However, after the past couple months, I don’t see myself returning to live in the big city. Has anyone requested to work fully/mostly remote with a new offer? How did it go? I have realized I grew up in a household where my dad did not treat my mom as an equal. He belittles her, is rude and convinced his way is the only way.
