Does anyone have any knowledge or experience regarding bringing a civil lawsuit against NYC for wrongful termination?
I was terminated from my civil servant job for the city of New York under the false accusation that I "Violated" the terms of my "last chance agreement."  Can I hire an employment lawyer to fight back? Specifically, since I was falsely terminated under the false pretense I broke the contract and I have proof to prove otherwise so they are the ones who are at fault?

You have to start by filing a discrimination action with the EEOC.

As far as I know, this is still America and you can bring criminal or civil action against the government.

Talk to an employment lawyer and find out what the best course of action is. They’ll know a lot more and can be blunt with it.

What are the monetary benefits of going to client's location(another city) for 3 months. Is there any provision of additional salary?

Coming up on one full year at an ID firm. Feeling overwhelmed with my experience so far. I’ve received minimal training/feedback unless it was on something I messed up. It feels like the expectations don’t align with my level of experience. I have a case load of 45-55 with very little oversight or involvement from partners. Turnover is extremely high, as I’m the second longest tenured associate in the office. Looking for some guidance on whether this is the norm or not. Compensation is low 80’s.
