Just decide based on where your interests lie and which role feels you more excited about.
my personal opinion - Razorpay is bureaucratic and boring, CRED will be hustle and stressful.
Unfortunately, esops of both Razorpay and CRED won't give significant returns now (compared to if you had joined them at 100M or 500M valuation)
Yes, Razorpay gives additional ESOPs in performance evaluation.
Between the 2, Razorpay definitely has more chances of valuation increase with their international expansion.
Couldn’t you just ask the hiring managers for each these questions ? They seem very relevant. It would make your decision making a lot easier and info would be straight from the horse’s mouth :)

Also year of experience in the current job?
CRED won’t exist in another 3-4 years, while Razorpay is only going to grow further. Go for Razorpay if you’re interested in building a serious product.

When did you complete your graduation and post graduation?
Can you let us know your current company and also from where did you apply for the roles ?
