Does anyone have any opinion about Maine Pointe /SGS Maine Pointe regarding compensation, culture and quality of the people? A recruiter reached out for a Managing Director position. I’m making around $600K as a new L3 MD and wondering if it’s worth the move.

This is a bit off, but not by much. Not sure why the laugh emoji.

There are probably around 1000 SMDs (L1) at Accenture, so slightly more than 1%.

Total comp for newer SMDs is more like $2m - $3m, not $3m - $5m.

However, the subset of SMDs that are on the GMC (MU leads, CG Leads, Global Practice leads, and C level folks, are all $5m and above between base, bonus, and stock. This is probably about 40-50 people.

A quick Google shows just over 200 employees and just under $60M in Revenue. Simple arithmetic indicates they are unlikely to match your current comp. Also looks like they recently got acquired by a non-consulting company.

Without knowing anything more than what's in the post, I'd expect that you'll make 2/3rd of what you make now, with a much more variable model. If there's equity available, that's where the upside would be.

Does anyone know if we can reimburse expenses for items listed in Wageworks while on maternity?

I know we cannot expense phone/internet/ commuter benefit as I am not actively doing work.

However, for other items that fall under wage works reimbursement, I couldn’t find anything in writing yet.
