Also try edx.org https://www.edx.org/course?search_query=.net. Free courses for non certificate or small fee for a certificate for completion.
Do you have a background in programming? You're not going to make as much as you do now as a consultant, as a junior developer, which is what a boot camp-type program will qualify you to take.
Pluralsight
Try codeschool then
Try The Software Guild
No formal background. Did an intro class and know the basics well enough to do small tweaks and debug stuff. Not worried about the money.
Background is in business and have been doing functional ERP work.
Thanks. I have a Pluralsight account now because I have a MSDN/VS sub.
Have found it too basic - it’s good for very early fundamentals and then deep dives in very particular topics, but none of the courses seem to cover a lot of the common development patterns used in actual application building.
PwC can you take on entry level coding tasks while working on your current functional projects? This way maybe you can learn to code and not take a huge paycut... Also why the interest in coding?
Code your own projects as soon as you start learning// you will learn so much faster than any paint-by-numbers approach
I’ve tried but teams are not open minded.
Just enjoy the feeling of creating stuff.
