Take things in stride. You are not a brain surgeon and nobody’s life is in jeopardy so chunk your tasks into digestible bites. The work will be there the next day. Put work aside on the weekends or, if need be, select only two hours in the morning to do work related items. Then, focus on your family or do something you enjoy doing. Take your PTO as needed for some down time.
Do not take work home with you remember this is only a part of your life if you have a hobby get into it find ways to unwind after work don't talk about work none Don't even think about work do your job keep a pleasant smile and encourage yourself because one thing we can do is control others or control everything that's happening go with what you control
