With ATS, I don’t think the way resumes is very important anymore. Just basic legibility
I think you're best served by simple formatting. Keep in mind that people skim and scan, at least when they first see the resume. So using boldface type to denote sections should suffice. And, of course, make sure you separate paragraphs. Someone seeing the resume at first glance should be able to see that it's organized, and you don't need any special graphics or lines to create that effect.
I don’t think having lines or section brakes are as important as they used to be because there are so many AI readers now for resumes so I wouldn’t stress about it if you’re trying to say space
