I would hold off until after the review especially with it just being a few weeks away. Lets you get an idea of how valued are by the company. If annual review is great, then go ahead and ask for a raise. If it is not great, maybe time to start looking for another role. Either way, I would wait until after your review.
Good advice
I always ask at the review about my raise. I would probably do it after your review, though, and not before. That is a good time to advocate for yourself.
