Currently working in TCS(4th company)with 6.10 years total experience and salary of 13 LPA(HR said this is maximum as per TCS standard lol).Previously worked in Wipro and salary was 15 LPA. Couldn’t handle frustration of low salary and started giving interviews and finally cracked OFSS(Oracle Financial Services Software) for 21 LPA fixed. Hence want to know how is OFSS. Is job secured? How about work culture and WLB? Good idea to join OFSS? I will be part of product development team.

But the offer they are offering is less According to me just 25% hike(with variable).

I also like to take pics of my creations and share the recipes in my bowl. All fish are welcome to join btw. Everyday I think I should have went to culinary school instead I’m doing tax returns. 😩. https://joinfishbowl.com/bowl_kagx1k
