Yes sanofi gives 100% of your variable pay & more more if you get better rating
And if you fcuk up and relation with your manager is bad then you might get close to 50 to 70% of your mentioned variable pay but its rare, most of the emp get 100%

Will Deloitte india revise offer based on the current offer?

I got offer from Deloitte for around 14.5 (fixed + variable) for 4 years of experience in SAP.

But now i have better offer for around 17 LPA.

Is it a good decision to ask Deloitte india for a revision?
