Our school does not, but I know a lot of teachers do!
I've never felt I was paid differently or less than my fellow male educators who had the same education level and experience in the same district. I know that I'm paid more than several of my fellow educators because I have more experience and education than they do. But it will equal out as they gain experience and education too.

I had never heard of Equal Pay Day. I used to work at a private school where teachers got paid more if they had a family, and the men definitely made more because they were considered the "head of household." I'm dead serious, hense the reason I would rather work in public education.
