Every year I say I’m going to get better at documenting my wins so I’m not scrambling during performance review season, and every year I forget. Do you actually track your accomplishments as you go? If so, how? And does it actually help you get promoted?

I make a list of wins in Excel. I also prepare a couple of slides with accomplishments. It's helped me get promoted.

As a junior, I find tracking what I do at the end of the week super helpful. I use notion to document what I've accomplished as well as to track my skills growth. It's proven useful in my performance review self-assessments, as well as a promotion application. I'm still waiting on the promotion results but hopefully that helps!

Is it better to have SFH for monthly cash flow or passive MF deals through a private syndicate? Friend told me that you need to have $1.5m invested in MF to generate 60k a year approx but it’s much better than dealing with tenants and maintenance. Just wanted to get peoples thoughts on becoming financially free through these two real estate methods

I have a rental property and my tenant is asking me to change the fridge light burb. I live out of state and don’t have property manager locally. Is it bad if I ask them to change the fridge light burb themselves?

I’m pretty responsive for things they need help with like laundry machine got broken or pantry doors fell off. So I had sent people to fix those maintenance and repair issues.

But light burbs? Srlsy? They are grown up people (fresh out of college girls)

Weekly Hot take, the lack of couch Co-op is the reason gaming doesn't feel like it hits the same. I miss the days of bringing over the crew to play a game that isn't smash bros. One of my best memories is playing Tower fall with my college friends in my dorm.
