Hi,
My last working day was 11th Nov and I submitted my asset to TCS location and got the Initial release letter as well. Later on 17th or 18th of Nov, I got a message from TCS that they have sent the Packing material through Vendor, please accept it.
I didn't accept the material and cancelled it when the delivery boy came to my location.
So, is it going to create any problem in getting reliving letter? Share your thought please

Case and point and case interview secrets are the only books u need.
Every problem solving question has the same steps in my opinion. Understand what your product service is, Understand who the customer is, layout the challenges, explore options, create roadmap, measure outcomes.
To me the outline is (mostly) standard and then I use common sense and logic to deep dive. I do use frame works like People, Process , Tech, porter’s 5, BMC Canvas, 4 Ps, etc. but that is only at the top, until I find the problem. After that it is just logic. When I can’t think of anything else, I go with people process tech. But the larger framework is the one I mentioned above. It is like the story I want to tell. What is the point of using frameworks if you can’t tell that end to end story. I don’t know if there are frameworks to identify solution. That sounds pretty restricted.
Case in Point. Didn’t know a thing about case interviews so I bought the book and read it cover to cover in about 2 weeks, while supplementing with live cases and a lot of other prep, and I did just fine in my interviews. They provide you with a framework for each of the 4 main cases: market sizing/entry, profitability, growth strategy, pricing. But make sure to practices cases outside of reading the book, or listen to live cases on podcasts

Honestly, business school casebooks and the general overviews on various consulting websites are the only actual materials you need. Start off making sure you’re familiar with the structure of a case interview, read through cases and watch case videos to get a sense of how to structure, then just drill live cases with partners. I never read any of the “classic” case books and have found that people who do overindex on the frameworks in those books and tend to force fit them.
Craftingcases hands down. I don't think Victor Cheng is good when you're brand new to case Interviews since he doesn't really give you structure.
I found him to be helpful once I already knew the basics.
Of the casebooks, Booth and MIT have solid frameworks and case approach.
Lol there is good digital version of ‘17 or ‘18! Just need to find the right person to ask for it ;)
I used victor cheng and it was great!
