Any good ideas for teaching students about coins? Our first graders have been struggling to master lessons about money.
Would love to hear your negotiation wins and fails, and lessons learned. One of my learnings is simply to ask. If you don't ask the answer is definitely no. My example was asking for additional equity. I got back a no, but was offered a signing bonus.

I’ve been burned by the stock market before trading options (when the market bottomed out in 2016) and I learned my lesson on recklessly speculating on spikes and dips in the market. Anyone else feel like this situation is gonna create a class of retail investors who are over confident in the “ease” of timing the market, without doing an research, after all this dies down?
Alright I will admit as a Bitcoin Maxi, I was so consumed in that world that I haven’t explored other areas of crypto and may be wrong. I also didn’t buy any other coins so I missed out on Solana. I still think Bitcoin is the best but realize that I need to keep an open mind Just a lesson on not being sclerotic (I had to look this word up too)
Yesterday was a good day. I was really impressed with myself. I woke up at 5, practiced dance lessons, did two water colors, made breakfast and tea, got to work by 10, put in 8-10 hours of solid work and then came home. It’s been ages since I painted or danced. However today, I slept till 7:00, did not work out or have food. Still got to work by 10 and did 8 solid hours of work. Some days are good and some are just okay. And that is okay. Trying to build on my good days and we all can. :)
I’m about to sign up for golf lessons and join a country club to meet men. I think golf is a wuss sport and the most boring thing to watch, but my therapist recommended I give it a shot, so I will.🏌️♀️

In a predicament folks .. my new employer hired me into a full time role into the US but the immigration team has only done a TN for 10 months due to some administrative mistakes and now the paper work is done. I am working to see how i get this addressed as I cannot even sigh a lease for a 1 year place or lease a car if my status is under 1 year. I am confident they will renew me but it puts me in a jam. Any advice on this? Has anyone seen this?

I’ve seen a lot of post on FB about BCG Platinion that lean to the negative side. I am being approached by a recruiter for a position in Europe. Anyone willing to provide more detail on their experience? Maybe willing to chat? I’m also curious if I should be pushing for principal. They mention PL, but that seems like a step down. Thanks, fam! For those with HSAs, are you actively using the balance to pay medical bills? Or are you holding on to those funds and paying bills out of regular savings/checking? Is there an advantage one way or the other?
