Interview hack is asking questions at the end that make the interviewer picture you already in the role. What skills or experience would lend themselves best to me working as [role name]?
I see what you are saying, and that is a great way to look at it! Will be keeping that in mind for the future. I’ve never had anyone say that, but that is a possibility that they were thinking it.
My favorite interview hack is just being friendly, funny, and personable. So many people walk in insecure, awkward, and shy. I'm not that kind of person, and I don't pretend to be.
My favorite interview hack is asking them what challenges they forsee someone in the role that I am interviewing for, facing. It tells me a lot just with a simple question. It also tells me if the role is going to be one I want to take or not.
That's helpful!
What do you mean? I need both at this moment... I haven't gotten anything so far; I am still unemployed.
Just any personal tips/pointers for either situation!
