I think a $100/hr rate for this project is fair, but my spouse thinks it’s low. Also worth noting: it’s beyond my typical scope of knowledge since it’s a full marketing strategy vs just my current specialty. Thoughts?

Also, I negotiated current salary when the offer came 5 months ago now, not taking into account high increases in inflation. Do salaries get adjusted for inflation? And if so, when?
