I stopped by a Grand Sieko store to see them in person. I’m really impressed. They are getting this one in about a week or so. I love that it is a GMT with the spring drive (I was told the other GMTs don’t). Wanted to see what this group thinks about it and the movement.

i have an offer of X amount from jp morgan and x+ 3.5L from Mphasis, my joining is within a week, I asked counter offer from HR, she said we will look if there is any backup candidate to fill that position then we will not do counter and it will impact my DOJ also since offer approval process takes around 2 weeks. should i wait or should i join on my current doj. and also if i will wait will they give me another doj on my current compenstion or they will revoke the offer past doj?

Looking to buy my fiancé the Speedmaster Racing current edition as an engagement watch. It’s listed as $8,750 on Omega’s website; Geneva Seal (in Chi where we live) quoted me $8,200 all-in & they’ll cover tax; my jeweler knows a watch broker in NY who quoted me $8,250. I’m not at all familiar with this process so 1) can anyone recommend a better venue for this purchase? 2) are any of the quotes I’ve gotten so far good?
