First Advantage BGV check in India

Hi Guys, I have submitted my documents for bgv check by first advantage. I had a not so great relationship with my ex boss. Unfortunately I filled in his details while filling in the bgv form.

My question is will first advantage reach out to my ex employer's HR or my manager to complete the bgv? Appreciate any inputs.

Secondly, I didn't have a normal exit from the company rather got displaced. Will the First Adv team enquire about reason for resignation??

Anyone have any idea what a senior strategy consultant at HSBC pays? I’ve had a browse through glassdoor but would be good if there’s someone that has received an offer etc to give a more accurate idea. TIA

I applied for a job at Visa and was contacted the same day. A few days later I had a 30-minute screening interview with the hiring manager. I knew I was very early in the process since the job had only been posted for a few days. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back, even after reaching out to the recruiter. Have I been ghosted or is there still hope? Does anyone at Visa have insights? Looks like there are a ton of jobs posted so maybe they are just backed up?

I had cleared all the rounds in S&P and had salary discussion 1.5 month back. The HR is always saying the management is on leave and will soon get the approval and release offer. Today she shas asked for one more week to release the offer. Should I wait for it or move on. Are they waiting for some other candidate to join before rejecting me at last moment. Only 10 days of my LWD are left.
