First parlay so far, what do you guys think?

Curious on some entry level (2years of experience) ux designer salaries in the Charlotte, NC area? Currently making around 60-70k.

How did you find your job? LinkedIn? Employee referral?

Received an offer for equity research and IB, both in toronto. ER paying $120k base and my understanding is that bonus can be around 25-30%. IB is paying $105k base but likely higher bonus? Which one would u choose if you think you would be good at both

Going solo to Denver next weekend for a couple of days. Planning to stay downtown, any hotel recommendations? Also any suggestions for things to do?
