Fishes, plz suggest how does Citi calculate notice period buyout amount if the ASR is 50.lakhs. I see at least 2 options and both give me a different amount:-

Option 1. 50 lakhs / 12 ( months) * 3 ( 3 months for 90 days) = 12,50,000 ( 12.5 lakhs)

Option 2. 50 lakhs / 365 days * 90 days =12,32,876 (~ 12.33 lakhs)

Also does Citi levi any GST on the amount?

Hey folks, need some help. I cleared all my interview rounds and had completed the documentation too. However for more than two weeks the status on the portal is "offer initiated". The HR says the delay is happening because the people who need to approve are on leave. Are they playing around or keeping on hold? Do they actually release offer after this much delay? Please share if you know anything about it.
