I'm working with exaquoe right now on employee research and then creation of a candidate persona and talent attraction strategy. We're mid project so no results yet, but placing alot of emphasis around what keeps them here, what interested them about working at our company when they first applied, how did they find the job to apply to us, and where do they spend the bulk of their time outside of work.

My all time fav is "if you were describe X company as an animal what would it be and why? Qualities and characteristics more important than the animal itself "
Really draws out feeling of experience and gets them to think in a different, more expressive way

Hi guys, Could you please help me out on what to be filled here, I've 3 years of experience and I don't think I would be falling under gratuity that will be '0'. But I'm not sure of what to be filled on "Leave Encashment Exemption". I've 170 hours of leave balance.
