I work in B2C marketing for a staffing company, handling all things Candidate facing. My largest hurdle of 2022 is being spread thin; as our marketing department has continued to drop in size. Totally agree - spread so thin. Worked for 6 years with focus on CEO’s private equity/investment division as Director of Admin & financial reporting. Since Covid started I’ve ADDED all things Marketing and recruiting related to 150 employee defense contracting business also owned by the CEO. This job includes employee communications, a biweekly newsletter, coordinating outreach to local high schools & community colleges to bring awareness to mfg/submarine building / skilled trades jobs, as well as the implementation of an employee communication app - Beekeeper.io
