4.6 years using the same old laptop, highly impossible to replace it and IT teams says get the Manager/KDM level approvals to issue a new laptop 😭

I got selected in LTI and got confirmation on selection procedure, I had a discussion with line HRon CTC part as well, now after all discussion HR is telling she is not getting approval from BU on my on boarding because of hing demand of CTC, now I am asking to line HR on offered CTC but I am not getting an update, can you please guide me what should I do now.@Lti
