Usually we get it by 31st May every year.

Is it because of elections we are seeing delays

Interviewing at a startup that is pre-IPO and was told IPO may happen 12-18 months because growth has been incredible. I’ve never worked for a true startup before. Any words of advice? Pros? Cons? I’m unemployed so a bit nervous of the instability it could have and at the same time excited about the potential. Thanks!
