Genuinely, it’s so deeply painful to spend so much time as L6 and above hunting for codes to cover administrative activity like conference planning, conference budget, SME involvement etc. The lack of an admin code discourages creative thinking on engaging with clients, flying in person to build relationships outside of paid project.
What are some suggestions to tackle this? This seems uniquely an Accenture problem vs other consulting companies that offer internal codes that are accessible.
