Cheap mindset management cares more about timesheet,wfo,forceful mandatory trainings,imposing strict restrictions on laptop,access to personal docs only via vpn,no employee well being no salary hikes nth at all.90% projects filled with freshers coz they cost less.No WLB for good dedicated hard working employees as they are punished with more and more work, leaves rewards mostly for people who don’t work.But no issues kyunki job security hai 😂

Wanted to highlight Prudential Financial’s hiring practices. They rescinded my offer once I attempted to negotiate the salary. The official reason given was that I didn’t “sound excited enough”.
They then admittedly gave the offer to someone who was less qualified. There were other red flags throughout the job offer process that the HR team should overall be ashamed of.

ASADP is only for fresh out of college, as a general rule we haven’t had a lot of success at any level with deloitte folks becoming strategists, plenty of great ones on the consulting side, some at SMD, but not strategy
