Got an offer today in strategy for manager - band level 7. What does the band level 7 mean and where does it stand in hierarchy?

Anyone used Trazodone for anxiety-related insomnia? Any experience to share? My doc prescribed it and I took one 50 mg last night for the first time. I did stay asleep all night, but woke up this morning with a massive headache that hasn't eased much with ibuprofen. I am also on escitalopram and bupropion. It seemed to work better than melotonin, but the headache has made me unproductive all morning.

Has anyone ever worked in strategy at an in-house agency? Specifically at Yum! Brands' Collider or LEGO's agency? Looking for a temperature check on that environment.

Would you leave consulting for a sales engineer opportunity for a 50% more money and a better WLB? My fear is that it may not be the best move for my career long term.
