Looking for some pay range information. I’m a national manager for a home health type setting for Neurodiagnostics. I run 2 departments (EEG technicians and EKG technicians) I have 7 direct reporting managers below me and 100 technicians who umbrella under them and they are scattered across the US. Im in charge of monthly reporting, hiring/firing, assist with recruiting/forecasting where we are having growth, mentor, coaching for development, oversee unit and supply inventory, cont in comments

Just let go from a 40 hour per week consulting position where I learned they were paying other consultants 3-4x more per hour. They still really like my work, trust me, and want to work with me on an as-needed basis. I want to charge them an hourly rate similar to all the other consultants. Thoughts? Is this a reasonable course of action? And if so, how would I go about this to get the compensation I want?

Just got offered a job at a small biotech in London (UK). ~£45k plus bonus but only 1YR FTC and no equity.

Pretty sure it's a discovery role too.

I just finished my PhD at a very good uni with 3 years technician experience before that. BSc and MSc also at very good unis with good grades.

I think this offer is well below par, but curious to hear what you guys think/if you have any comparisons?

MPLS CD salary range? CD/art relocated to MPLS during covid after a decade in NYC. I have had a unique, non-trad career. Got tapped to head/run/build in-house creative dept. at a high profile international design brand (not target). Truly a unique opportunity. Kicker—company wants to title role ACD but its not, its top creative mgmt role in company—headhunter agrees, can adjust title to CD. But, salary seems low, around 150-170k. When it comes to raises and inflation, have people been asking their company to cover the rate of inflation? I have been in the same company for almost 5 years since I got out of school.
