Hi fishes! I had asked for benefits other than CTC which Bank of America provides & now that I've completed 1 month here, here's the list of allowances you'll be getting irrespective of position/band:
1. Sodexo: 1300 p.m./ 15,600 p.a.
2. Transport allowance: 900 one way, 1800 two ways p.m./ 21,600 p.a.
3. Internet: 1500 max p.m. (other than that, one time installation charges)
4. Tuition fee: Any certification related to your field. Like CFA, FRM etc. 3,00,000 p.a.

I am only sure of one thing, God has a plan for me, so I am applying to satisfy myself in doing what I suppose to do. I firmly believe when God open that closed door, nobody can shut.
Shotgun method is my approach at this point. After so many rejections, planning goes out the window. I'm applying to everything and will accept anything.

I would give it a month and if nothing changes, I switch it up. I did this until a workflow, worked for me. I made a video talking about rejections, hope it helps.

Honestly, I felt the same way when rejections piled up for jobs that seemed like a perfect fit on paper. It’s such a punch to the gut after all the effort.
One thing that really shook my confidence was realizing hiring systems (ATS) might filter you out way before a human even sees your resume. I started comparing my resume to job posts and so many tiny mismatches showed up.
I tried ResumeJudge, Resume Worded, and Jobscan to spot missing keywords and odd formatting issues. Turns out just one or two missing words made a huge difference for my callbacks, no joke.
Have you been customizing each app, or using the same resume for all? Would double check how the bots see your file, especially for roles that should be a match.

The same thing is happening to me. I have been getting rejection emails left and right. I honestly think it is the job market at this point. I have been trying to gather referrals to se if that helps.
