Got my paycheck today and thought, maybe it’s enough to survive a few weeks. Then started my shift, what a chaotic day with nonstop claims and other inquiries. The most frustrating part is the lack of support. Every huddle, management says they’re there for us, but when help is needed, no one shows up. It makes me wonder if it’s even worth continuing like this or if I should just find another job.
Does anyone else regret the job they’re in?

When they lay people off, they often keep things quiet because it will "effect morale". But the firing itself is what effects morale. Being secretive about it undermines respect and harms morale more.
