It's been more than week for HR discussion with CITIUS TECH they said they will release offer but didn't get it.when I called they said offer letter is ready but they are facing technical difficulty to release it.did anyone else got the same response in the past one week from them?

Is making 150k+ a year working ~50 hours a week a stretch? How many years out of college do you think this takes / what type of jobs or industries? I'm in a high COL city.

Anyone who has worked in other industries than advertising, how has your experience being open with your identity differed from other industries? Would you consider advertising to be more open and accepting than certain other career fields?

What’s the scoop on strat department at the big shops these days? Grey, Ogilvy, McCann, BBDO? Do you like it there hate it there why? At a small shop but thinking i want to try big.

I believe improving one’s sales conversion rate is something everyone want to improve but no one wants to admit they would like to work it. Funny how lawyers will spend thousands on seminars to improve trial skills. But this topic is not discussed in our profession. I have read books in sales. But am unable to find any for lawyers. I want convert every lead I can. Does anyone have tips, books, cle’s or studied this topic?

After more than 10 years in Italy as a freelancer or moving from small company to small company, I got an opportunity to apply for a really nice position at a seriously large and well known company in a completly different country .
The conditions offered sound waaaay too good to be true, even considering the different costs of living.
I am currently at the third round of interviews - how many more should i expect?
What kind of questions should I ask?
