I’m a recruiter who would like to eventually pivot to HR but I don’t have an HR degree. I’m considering pursing a Masters degree however am torn between HR or Org Psych/Org Development. Would love to hear folks’ perspective of either degree!

Told a friend of mine in tech I was considering moving to BCG. He asked me if I would have to move to Boston.

I followed up by asking what he thought the top consulting firms were. "I'd guess PwC and then McKinsey are the best. I've also heard of KPMG, Deloitte, and Bain, but I don't know much about them."

Anyone here do HR for an organization with both union and non union employees? My organization is very small consisting of 8 union employees and 7 non union employees. We do not have an official handbook and I’ve been working with Paychex HR team to put one together. It’s a bit frustrating because I feel my rep doesn’t know too much about mixed environments. In Accenture offer Letter, I didn't get the pay structure, instead HR told me that it can be planned by employee only on the first day of joining. How does it works? I got level 8 .
