Uploaded documents on Ibegin. Finished HR connect for screenshot on last Friday. When can I expect offer letter? .Will I get a mail trigger once the Ibegin status is changed? I had an interview at a law firm and their recruiter wants to talk on a Sunday afternoon. Is this a red flag about company culture and not respecting weekend time? Or are they just in a big hurry and want to get my offer done quickly so they snag me before someone else?

I’m curious to know how many job requisitions a typical full time recruiter has? My job is a hybrid role and I am currently managing 30 reqs. Recruiting is supposed to take up to 10% of my workload. Am I being given too much responsibility?

Starting my counseling career on Tuesday and I’m scared to fail. What if I say something stupid and hurt my clients and make it worse? This is a second career for me so is hard to be older and a novice. I know it’s not about me and that I will truly care so I keep reminding myself of that. Hello! I was offered a position at the middle of the posted salary range. I exceed every one of the requirements and all but one of the preferred qualifications. (I will have my Supervision designation in a few months.) Should I negotiate a higher salary now or when I obtain my new license? Would it be appropriate to accept the current salary under the terms that I receive an increase once I get that increased licensure status? Thank you!

Can somebody explain to me how the system works between payer (insurance) and therapists? I’m currently looking for a therapist with a specific focus due to a traumatic event and am only finding counselors that do not work with insurance and charge average $ 150/hour. I realize fair payment is important but don’t understand how people can afford to do it out of pocket as “regular mortals”...
