Practical law is surprisingly strong. Firm data base of other attorney’s work with redlines if possible. Working with contracts is a good book but kind of high level.
Tina Stark has a good book called Contract Drafting.
ABA has a book called the Tech Contracts Handbook.
PLC is also great.
I used west law's practical law for a good start bar to draft agreements or find clauses. My firm has a large database of form contracts that we have to adjust to fit different purposes.
Practical law really is good. ABA has another solid guide called drafting for corporate finance if you're close to that area.
