Had a bunch of interviews, thought they went really well, head of the group asked “when can you start?”, 3 days after interview the job is taken down, could it be I got the job and should hear back soon or was I likely rejected?

In many ways, I feel the same as before I enrolled. I don't understand how because I've lived so many things since then, but at the core, I feel like it hasn't affected me. It's weird. Am I missing something?

I’m asking to get my notice period waived. I have a 30 day notice period per the employment agreement I signed, but it says they can waive it at any time after I gave notice. Im not going to a competitor or even the same industry. How likely is for my current firm to allow this?
