150k if credit risk, I know the upper band is 200k but probably need to be true seasoned expert to negotiate there.

For 5 years I was going to say around $110 plus 20% bonus.

Is it Morgan Stanley ? I would say target 200k total comp if it is in Baltimore and 230 if in NYC

Depends on what kind of risk/location. I’m credit risk at a BB in West Coast, 3.5 yes exp, 120k base + 10-20% bonus.

Anybody work at Amazon? Are their offers negotiable? My husband got an offer for a senior position in the VA office paying $120k plus $20k bonus plus 13 shares of stock that vest over 4 years. My husband has ~6 years of experience (2 yrs midsize PA plus various industry roles) so the senior title is low but have heard you have to take a step down in title to work at Fortune 25 companies. I am applying for a job at a consulting firm and it seems like the role I am applying for is a step down for me. I am really interested in moving from my current organization but wondering if I should first go through the process for the role advertised and then try to elevate it or rather bring it up front during the initial discussions with HR/hiring manager.
