Had an L1 interview for a Specialist/Technical Analyst role (MSD via Accenture(contract worker for msd), which lasted around 40–45 minutes and was mainly technical with some focus on documentation/GxP. Overall, the discussion went well, though there was one question where expectations felt a bit unclear.

Can anyone share how long MSD usually takes to provide L1 interview feedback? Also, is there typically an L2 round after this?

What is the eligibility or time period needed to move from 6B to 7A in IBM? I have 4.7 years of experience and joined IBM recently in JL 6B.

I’m doing second round interviews with Deloitte but also interviewing with three other companies. If I get an offer from Deloitte, how long can I put off making a decision in order to finish the interview process with the other companies? Is this generally frowned upon?

Last night I went over to my friends house (she has 2 kids, 2 and 4 yo). She and her husband were asking me about my pregnancy and planning. And were asking what I’ve prepped to date. I’m only 13w2 days so I think it’s way to early for buying stuff, but I did mention we hired a baby nurse for when the baby comes. My friend completely berated me, short of calling me a bad mom already, saying “what is she going to do all day? Don’t you want to bond with your child?”. I’m so upset by this.
