Just wondering — how long does it usually take for them to roll out the offer after that? Has anyone faced delays or even rejections after document collection? Any insights would be appreciated!

I have got an offer letter from Morgan Stanley for the QA role in regulatory reporting. Currently I am in a BA role with 7 yrs experience. In MS they are giving a good hike (45%) plus joining bonus. Not sure at this stage should i switch from BA to QA role.

There is a VP in MS ,who is running behind people, and seeking suggestions from people to increase hike

Also he is doing DM to ppl and misbehaving with them . He is very much into that I should provide him my free services .

Dun know how do these people become VP in MS .
