How much should I charge a friend to watch 4 dogs at their home over Christmas weekend (2 nights)? The dogs don't have any special needs or medications. Is it common to take a security deposit for a sublease? Looking to sublet my apartment to move in with my boyfriend and landlord doesn’t allow me to break the lease. I had someone interested, already approved by landlord and they now dropped out because they didn’t want to pay a security deposit to me. My thing is, the landlord will still hold me accountable for any damages caused during my absence so I thought this is a reasonable ask. Do I really have to absorb that risk?

I had call with the HR for he position based out of Mumbai everything in interview and they are ready to share the offer. however, I quoted for 10 lakhs and they said for fixed pay of 8.75.
Although, i checked on Google as well average pay they are giving is 9.7 lakh
So should I accept the offer as per their negotiation or shall positively tell them why 10 lakh is justified?
