Any EY referrals for SaT M&A Consulting Intern? Don't know if referrals apply to interns but I recently denied an audit offer from EY and looking to increase my chances for M&A.

One of the hardest thing in life, besides being a parent, is motivating attorneys to conduct meaningful/purposeful marketing and BD activities. Any success stories out there on how to persuade attorney teams to take off their lawyer hats and put on their salesperson hats?

I manage 2 physician practices and one is extremely toxic. To the point the dr sides with staff even when I am trying to make corrective actions when patient care is in jeopardy. My leadership is aware and knows I am keeping my distance from them. Just doing the necessary work to keep them producing. How do you handle this? It’s been extremely stressful and harmful to my ptsd anxiety and depression.

What is the obsession and appeal for MBB among MBA grads? Is it really that amazing - from afar it seems like it may be romanticized (maybe not the right word) among applicants. I know it’s way better than the work I do now, so I’m not knocking MBB at all. It’s super impressive. Maybe a better way to phrase it is that MBA applicants seem to have a fairy tale view of consulting as a whole. I get the impression that people think a job in consulting is a magic ticket anywhere

Our district just adopted Scholastic Literacy for our reading program. It's pretty new, so I know there isn't much if anything out there (TpT, Pinterest, etc). Anyone have any tips or tricks to offer?

My school has been tech heavy for pcp quite a long time now. Well, our tech teacher retired and our district is “phasing out” that position. We will now be doing art as a pcp along with music and P.E. How can I incorporate art into the class room from that?
