Have an written offer from company A. Few days later i got a verbal offer from B, but now still waiting for written letter. (A) reached out to “check in” as deadline is in the next few days. I need both written offers to make a decision and potentially inform negotiations. What should I tell company A? Have preference for A if comp is equal.

How is utilization calculated? What happens if we are on the bench?
