I actually enjoy dealing with the public. There are customers who can get annoying, but for the most part the people I deal with are pretty pleasant and pretty interesting. When I get a chance to have a conversation with customers it's always pretty enjoyable. When I tell my colleagues I like dealing with the customers they think I'm pulling their leg, but I really do like it.

I am currently working as a PayPal AWF/CW in contractor's payroll for the past 3 months. I heard many got converted from AWF to FTE. So what is the process for FTE conversion? Should I clear some Interviews? Also how much would the salary increment be? On par with regular hiring? Any minimum time limit of being in AWF before FTE conversion?
