I enjoy setting easy goals to check off during the week and some personal goals too, to keep motivated
I used to do this. I need to get back to this because marking them off was so fulfilling when I completed them.
While I’m dreading travel next week at least I will get to see my work crush 😻 haha and I bought new outfits for work this weekend to try and “feel the part” ya know? Trying everything I can to get that spunk back
Oh my gosh I absolutely love this!! Sounds like you’re on the right track. What’s the saying “when you look good, you feel good”! Wishing you much success with your work crush and getting your spunk back.
Taking breaks, but trying to take them only at a set time or after a certain amount of things are done. Getting distracted a lot throughout the work day and it is not leaving me very productive! Trying to look at it as more of a marathon than a sprint lately.
I get up and take breaks and walk around the office. If it is warm outside I always try to get out and get some sun on my face and stretch my legs.
I love this idea as well. I work from home most days and it’s easy for me to caught up in my work without taking breaks. Trying to stop that bad habit.
