know you will burn the first agency if you accept the second offer. if you accept the first, the second will understand and likely still be interested in the future. your career isn't a Sprint, it's a marathon and your reputation is important. that said if the second is a dream role, a dream mentor or account it might be worth it. but you will have to stay for a while. don't do it for just a few thousand more.
You’re probably going to burn that bridge with that first agency, because you really should have stopped the interview process after accepting. Or, if you were waiting on another offer at the time, you should have just delayed the decision.
Up to you to decide if it’s worth it to burn that bridge at this point. Whatever you decide, the sooner the better.
If it’s financial only, tell the first one to match it.
