Just got my offer accepted for a house in San Jose. Shopping for interest rate now:
Should I got for
7ARM - 4.25% interest rate
30 fixed - 4.75 % interest rate

Banker is recommending 7ARM but wanted to get general opinion as well.

Thoughts?

Is the GSU price while vesting based on the market rate at the time of vesting or is it fixed based on the stock price during hire date/month?

I read I won’t be penalized if I take out upto 10k from my IRAs for a first time house (except for taxes on the non-Roth accounts).
