Everyone on my team is beyond exhausted on a high burn project. Generally all good people but we have ridiculous turnaround time expectations and long hours. What to do?

I'm a master's student at U of M pursuing graduation in Engineering management. I'm looking for summer internships in business development and Marketing domain.

I have an year of experience in project management domain and I have managed 2 projects of around $55k and $80k.

I'll be grateful if someone could help me or point me in some direction.

I received an offer for 80k to work as a desktop engineer for TCS at one of their client’s locations. However, I have seen poor reviews for working at TCS and I’d like to get some feedback from anyone currently or had previously worked for that company. What is the environment like and has anyone been in a situation where the contract with TCS and the client ended and had trouble with TCS finding them a new role at the same pay?

I just got a job with Delta airlines and I had an accomodation request to work remotely as I am Immunocompromised. I provided all the neccesary documents to back up my request and letters and documents from my Dr. aswell. My request was denied because the team said they wanted me to have face time and one on one interactions with people from other team (which defeats the purpose of my request) because I have to limit those interactions to reduce the risk of infection.
