I’d take a look at your renters agreement. I do property management on the side, and we just evicted someone for renting on Airbnb
Not C1, but as a neighbor and a person with eyes, it’s pretty obvious when a place is an AirBNB.
Imagine it’s all fine until you have issues.
IE like if your guests damage the home.
Look at rental agreement and/or HOA rules. I was long term renting a condo years ago and reported someone who was doing that with their condo (was against HOA, we didn’t know that at the time but we were very friendly with our landlord). We noticed a lot of people going in out and always different people. We didn’t care until it was overly noisy with some group. So one bad group and it will ruin it. Also, need to check city ordinances, LA city and others have specifics on it now.
