Has anyone explored offering independent or freelance project support services? I’m not talking full-scale consulting, but more ad-hoc support—things like documenting project plans, process mapping, or facilitating workshops to get teams unstuck and aligned.

I love the structure side of project work (documentation, approach planning, breaking down ambiguity), and I’m wondering if there’s a real market for that as a service, especially with stretched teams or orgs that don’t have formal PMs.
