Has anyone from the USDC office (who’s on a work visa) been able to transfer to a Deloitte member firm (Canada or UK)? What’s the transfer process like?

I’m a US citizen and my partner is in india. We want to apply for a fiancé visa. Heard it’s better and processes faster than brining over a spouse. Curious how long it takes to process? Your experience and any recommendations for immigration lawyer to help file in the NJ area would be appreciated. TIA!
