Tec Stack : Java, Spring, springboot.
How will the WLB, culture , leaves , work , hikes be in LTI?
Note : I have an offer from People Tech Group for Amazon client for similar pay.

Just was curious to know whether we have to go to office physically for the joining or we can join virtually as I am not in Bangalore. I've worked for the same company for the last 10 years or so. Right out of the Marines, into logistics. I've handled operations since day one and I feel like I finally should move onto bigger & better things.
